Russ Dove & "TIA" Attacking Minutemen! Due to numerous media and public requests for information regarding this matter, the following FACTS are provided:
Jan 20 – After becoming severely depressed and threatening to commit suicide for 5 days to her various friends, Czajkowski drives 50 miles, from Chula Vista to Oceanside at 1 am and tries to break into Jeff Schwilk’s house. She threatens to sleep in his driveway until he comes out, then threatens to kill herself by going and jumping off the Oceanside Pier. Oceanside PD responds and has to physically remove her from the property. She reluctantly drives back home and refuses help from her friends and family to get her to a doctor.
Feb 4 – Czajkowski arrives unannounced and trespasses in Schwilk's home during a Super Bowl party, starts a confrontation, videotapes it (illegally) and then files a false police report with OPD claiming assault and damages. All six witnesses observe her trespassing and starting a fight after she smoked pot on the side yard. After being removed from Schwilk’s home, she tells many of her friends that its “pay day” for her with a big lawsuit. OPD’s investigation determines that she falsified official statements and was the one committing criminal conduct that night by refusing to leave private property when told to do so repeatedly as clearly seen on her own video.
Feb 5 – Schwilk obtains a restraining order on Czajkowski for these two incidents.
Feb 6 – Russ Dove in Arizona begins harassment of Schwilk claiming he beat her and owes her money. He creates a website with numerous lies about Schwilk and the incident, even after being presented with all the facts. He also begins soliciting “donations” for her “defense fund”. Czajkowski begins contacting the media and putting her false video out on the internet titling it "Jeff Beat Me". She later claims on a Channel 7 news interview that there was no assault and that it was just a minor quarrel.
Feb 5- Mar 8 – Czajkowski violates the TRO at least 4 separate times by contacting Schwilk and approaching and filming him at a Roger Hedgecock event on Feb. 23.
Mar 8 – Czajkowski lies at the restraining order hearing saying that Schwilk is the one harassing her. She also lies to the judge and claims to not own a gun even though numerous people have seen her gun in her home and at the border. She also tells the court that she is now a paid reporter for Dove's "Truth In Action" Internet News. A permanent restraining order is not granted, however the judge admonishes Czajkowski to stop harassing Schwilk and to stay away from his house. Czajkowski then serves Schwilk with a false $700,000 lawsuit claiming numerous false damages from Feb. 4th.
Mar 8 – Present – Czajkowski and Dove continue spreading lies and making carefully edited slanderous videos and posting them on their various You Tube websites in violation of laws and You Tube rules. They continue to attack and threaten witnesses who speak out about Czajkowski’s crimes and subversive behaviors.
Also assisting in Dove and Czajkowski's campaign of lies and relentless attacks are videographer Jim Daugherty of San Diego and lone activist Brad Ward of Austin, TX. They are also traitors to America and not to be trusted. As always, we must be very watchful for infiltrators to our groups. They will do just about anything to destroy the good work that we are doing on behalf of the citizens of San Diego and the American people. Dove and friends have stated they hate the Minutemen and have no respect for our peaceful form of activism. Dove recently called Jim Gilchrist "the failed leader of the Minutemen". Rest assured we will not let them slow us down in any way! They are being dealt with appropriately by the criminal justice system. Just avoid them and they will eventually fade away. In the meantime, all contact should be avoided with these dangerous rebels.
