June 28, 2007 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Jeff Schwilk 760-525-1655 SAN DIEGO CHRISTIANS FOR SECURE BORDERS TO PROTEST ST. PETER’S CATHOLIC CHURCH IN FALLBROOK
SAN DIEGO, CA. American citizens will stage a protest of St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Fallbrook on Sat, June 30th and their day labor hiring center on church property for unemployed illegal aliens. Hiring an illegal alien is a federal crime, but this church believes they are above the laws that other Americans must abide by. St. Peter’s church is aiding and abetting illegal activity, which is a crime in itself.
A recent investigation by local citizen groups confirmed that:
1. Almost all the workers there are in the country illegally and ineligible for employment. 2. The workers must be church members to solicit work at this private site. 3. The workers are required to tithe back to the church in the form of free manual labor for church projects and possible monetary kickbacks.
Father Bud at St. Peter’s has refused to discuss this illegal hiring site with us after repeated attempts to talk to him.
The Catholic Church also promotes amnesty for people who have entered our country illegally, also violating the Constitution and the rule of law. Americans and most Christians want an end to the massive wave of illegal immigration, our borders secured, and reject the Catholic Church’s support and pandering to foreign citizens who are living and working in the United States illegally.
This peaceful protest will be from 8-10:30 am at 450 S. Stagecoach Lane, Fallbrook, CA. All U.S. Citizens who support the rule of law are welcome! |
