Jim Gilchrist and his "Minuteman Project" (Jun '10).  (ongoing fraud and destructive, unstable behavior)
Jim Gilchrist, Laguna Niguel, CA - A rogue, failed, fallen leader of his Minuteman Project.  He has filed and lost numerous false lawsuits against anti-illegal immigration leaders and groups.  Exiled and isolated by all mainstream Minuteman and Patriot groups nationwide since 2007.  Gilchrist admitted in several media interviews in 2008 that some members of his small MMP group are racist, violent, and have criminal and questionable pasts.  His official Border Director Shawna Forde called for assault rifles at the border in AZ in late 2008 where she claimed that she was battling drug cartels.  Here is an article published about her ongoing legal troubles in Everett, WA on 2-22-08: http://www.alipac.us/ftopicp-853938.html#853938.  Gilchrist then published a statement on his website pledging full support for Forde.  Minuteman Project is NOT affiliated with the mainstream Minuteman movement or any other Minuteman groups.  MMP is mostly a fundraising group and does not conduct border operations or any other major events.  Jim Gilchrist speaks for no one except Jim Gilchrist.

Jim Gilchrist was closely involved with the Shawna Forde murders in Arivaca, AZ on May 30, 2009.  Shawna Forde had been his official Border Director since early 2008 and Jason Bush had just been promoted to MMP Field Operations Director right before the murders.  Emails show that Gilchrist was in close contact with Forde right before and right after the murders and during the 12 days between the murders and her arrest on June 12, 2009.  He tried to warn her that the authorities were looking for her in connection with the murders.  In March, Gilchrist had given Forde money to escape from Washington State before the police could interview her in connection with other crimes and get back to the Arizona border where she had been promising to go after the drug cartels. Upon Forde's arrest in June, Gilchrist wiped his website of dozens of glowing postings of Shawna Forde and Jason Bush.  No, insanely, he tries to tell people he hardly knew her.  His web of lies has been exposed.

May 2010 - Gilchrist was exposed in The Washington Post for selling his endorsement to an Alabama former Democrat running for Congress for $6500.  Gilchrist also sold his endorsement to TX Gov. Rick Perry and several other candidates.

"Perry Emerson" (Jul '10) is an alias used by Jim Gilchrist to attack other groups and Patriots on the Internet and in emails.  Gilchrist also created a fake Facebook account with this alias so he can spy on other Patriots.  Gilchrist released false press releases under this fake name, including a press release for Mike Huckabee when he was running for President in 2007.  The pro-Amnesty Huckabee fired Gilchrist after his fraud was discovered.

Shawna Forde (Jul '10) - JGMMP Border Director until June 2009.  Unstable, criminal past, non-cooperative with police investigations in Everett, WA.  Spent much of her time on AZ border with her group Minuteman American Defense investigating and confronting drug smugglers.  Extremely dangerous tactics.  Update:  Arrested for double homicide in AZ on 6-12-09 with her partner Jason Bush in Arivaca, AZ.  Awaiting trial in January 2011.

Jason Bush (Jul '10) - Jim Gilchrist appointed Jason Bush as MMP Field Operations Director about one week before Bush allegedly shot and killed 9 year old Brisenia Flores and her father in Arivaca, AZ.  He is charged with double murder along with his border partner Shawna Forde and their local companion Albert Gaxiola.

Steve Eichler (Jul '10) - Director of MMP, defender of Gilchrist's fraud.  Eichler is the brains behind MMP and several other frauds and scams.  Also filed several lawsuits against Patriots and lost.

Tim Bueler (Jul '10), MMP Media Director - Prints blatant lies and misinformation in email blasts to raise money for MMP Fraud.

Deborah Craig & Campo Minutemen (Jun '09) - MMP Operative / Campo Minutemen.  Works for Gilchrist to spread lies and propaganda to the media and public.  Wife of Britt Craig (aka Kingfish).  Avoid all contact with Campo Minutemen members.  Rogue, dangerous behavior at the border.  

Edwin "Ed" Williams (Jan '07), Long Beach (aka Jack Sharpe) supports Gilchrist fraud and destruction of other Patriot Groups.  Williams is supposedly a leader in the Republican Party in L.A. County Central Committee.

Raymond Herrera (Jan '07) -  Overly agressive at rallies.  Instigates fights.  Has worked with MMP in the past to attack other Patriots and leaders. 

Robert "Lil Dog" Crooks (Jul '10) - FORMER lone border watcher at Campo, CA and occasionally the Arizona border.  Has caused trouble for Border Patrol and other Minuteman groups with his agressive and careless actions.  Left CA border for Santa Barbara in late 2008.  May be currently in Arizona or Nevada. Possibly wanted for vandalism in Santa Barbara.  Extensive criminal record.  Could be armed and dangerous.

William Gheen / ALIPAC (Jul '10) -  Vicious smear campaign in May 2010 against organizers of June 5th Phoenix Rising Rally in support of SB 1070.  Falsely called Patriots racists and Nazi's using a page out of La Raza's and the radical left's dirty play book.  Runs ALIPAC as a fundraising operation and does not work well with other groups and leaders.  Banished by all other group leaders.  Always begging for donations and threatening to shut down his group if people don't donate.

Mark J. Seidenberg (Jul '10), Aliso Viejo, CA.  AIP hijacker, fraud.  Ally of Gilchrist, Gary Kreep, Alan Keyes and Dion (D.R.) Clark.  Policical operative, possibly for the GOP.  Internet goon blogger.  Obsessed with attacking Chelene Nightingale's campaign for governor.  Threatened to sue her for running for Governor. Chelene is getting a temporary restraining order against him due to his constant stalking and harassment of her.

Davi A. Rodrigues (Jul '10), Sacramento - Independent lone-nut activist who stirs up trouble in groups and spreads malicious lies on the internet.  Unstable, delusional, destructive behavior.  Supports and defends Jim Gilchrist.  AKA AyatollahGondola on the internet.  Nov 09:  stole the Save Our State name for his new internet group.  He also STOLE the old SOS database in early 2009 and spams people his emails using that stolen list of email addresses.  Personal, vindictive daily attacks on Patriot candidate Chelene Nightingale for CA Governor.  Currently the self-proclaimed leader of the fake SOS group - www.SOS.info

Frank Jorge (Aug '10), San Bernardino County - joined with Davi Rodriques in 2009 & 2010 for vicious smear campaign of hate and lies against Patriot Candidate for Governor Chelene Nightingale.  Filed a frivolous and malicious lawsuit against Chelene in late 2009 and has been harassing her for over a year.  Bitter ex-SOS member.  Former leader of Mohave Minutemen.  Unstable, bad temper, vindictive. 

Sam A. Ziselman (aka Zislman) (Sep. '09), L.A. - Lone activist who also assisted Davi Rodrigues in the theft of Save our State from Joe Turner in 2009.  Attacks Chelene Nightingale with vicious lies.  He is a lawyer who has had his license suspended both in 2007 and 2009 for not paying his bar fees.

Tony Genovese (Jan '08), San Fernando Valley - Vile Jim Gilchrist attack dog against other leaders and groups.  Helps Gilchrist spread malicious lies about the real Patriot groups and leaders.  Possible La Raza spy and/or operative.

Jason Aula (Jun '10) - Militant Jim Gilchrist Defender and supporter.  Student leader at CSU Long Beach

Chuck Stonex (Jun '10), New Mexico - Jim Gilchrist attack dog against other leaders and groups.  Helps Gilly spread lies.  Advocates violence and armed action against illegals at the border.  Dangerous supporter of Shawna Forde and her rogue group.

Brian Gilmore (Jan '08), Orange County - Jim Gilchrist Defender and supporter.  Former leader at MMP for youth recruiting.

Howie Morgan (May '10), Oxford, MS - MMP Political Director.  Assists Gilchrist in selling his endorsement to weak Republicans.  Charges $6500 "consulting fees" for Gilchrist's endorsement.

Laine Lawless (Jul '10), Phoenix, AZ - Independent activist.  Openly supports accused child murderer Shawna Forde.  Hates all Minutemen and attacks and smears them with lies.

Howard Kaloogian and Bob Fuselier (Aug '10), Kaloogian & Fuselier LLP, Carlsbad, CA - Fraudulent attorneys and thieves.  Stole over $97,000 from SDMM (our portion of the Caltrans settlement) in November 2009.  K&F billed and collected over $105,000 total for this case that never went to trial.  Then they fraudulently claimed another $97,000 ($202,000) total of the SDMM-Caltrans lawsuit.  Criminal charges have been filed with the Carlsbad Police.

Kaloogian & Fuselier also lost the first-ever-in-America defamation case for forwarding a weblink to someone else's (Ray Carney's) private website by email.  K&F allowed the 1st Amendment in America to be destroyed with their incompetent defense against La Raza-hired lawyer Daniel Gilleon.  Due to their complete failure, precedent has now been set that we are all liable for everything we ever forward in an email, including links to other people's websites.  K&F refused to file appeal in the Yoon case as they had promised to do.  Avoid these unethical attorneys like the plague.

Kaloogian is also part of the leadership of the disgraced "Tea Party Express" fake tea party group where he sends out emails begging for donations for their GOP front group.  Howard Kaloogian and his associates are frauds and criminals.

"TEA PARTY EXPRESS" (Jul '10) - Fake, fraudulent tea party group run by professional fundraisers Sal Russo, Howard Kaloogian, and Mark Williams (see below).  GOP front group.  TPE was kicked out of the national tea party movement in July 2010 for failure to fire Mark Williams for inappropriate public remarks about black Americans.   

Mark Williams (Jul '10) - Idiot, fake Patriot and spokesman for the disgraced Tea Party Express fundraising group.  Makes careless racist comments publicly.  Failed talk show host.

Gary Kreep (United States Justice Foundation) (Jul '10), Ramona -  Fraud.  Poor, incompetent defenses of Minuteman activists in San Diego County when falsely charged with crimes.  Doesn't follow through on promises to defend and sue offending parties.  Professional fundraiser and close associate of the American Independent Party rogue hijackers Mark Seidenberg (see above) and Markham Robinson.  Always begging for money for his latest "conservative" causes.

I-Caucus (Independence Caucus)  (Aug '10) -  Allegedly "Conservative" political group that only endorses GOP candidates and then tries to hide that fact from the public.  I-Caucus endorsed conservative dark horse candidate Larry Naritelli in the GOP Primary, but they refuse to endorse the true conservative candidate in the general election, Chelene Nightingale who is running against liberal RINO Meg Whitman and liberal Democrat Jerry Brown.  I-Caucus leader Frank Anderson refuses to explain why he won't support the best, most conservative candidates in these crucial 2010 elections.  Just another GOP front group trying to capitalize on the red hot Tea Party Movement.

www.MinutemanPAC.com  (Aug '10)  Fundraising Scam and Fraud run by professional fundraisers to profit off of the Minuteman movement.  Always donate directly to the good candidates of your choice.  This group was originally affiliated with Chris Simcox and his now-defunct MCDC.

Russ Dove (April '10), Branson, MO - Anti-Minutemen, convicted felon, radical activist, internet terrorist.  Anti-Jew, racist, and former (current?) member of Christian Identity white supremacist group(s).  Lives next door to Christie in rural Branson, MO. Reportedly ties up Christie's daughters for her to punish them.

Christie Czajkowski (April '10), Branson, MO - Pathological liar and attacks Minutemen groups and SOS with lies and garbage.  Collaborates with illegal alien activists.  Mentally ill wannabe activist who has been institutionalized in San Diego on numerous occasions.  Arrested April 12, 2010 and charged with felony child abuse and resisting arrest.  Pending trial.

Brad Ward (April '10), Branson, MO - Radical activist.  Makes internet threats against MM leaders.  Infatuated with Christie and lives next door to her.  Charged with resisting arrest in April 2010.

Jim Daugherty (Jun '10), San Diego Political Insurgent.  Produces vile video hit pieces against Patriots.  Infatuated with Christie. Mentally unstable and potentially dangerous.

Adam Finch (Jan '08), N. CA - Christie's internet attack dog.  Spreads her lies via his hate YouTube site.

 

Jim Chase (Jul '10), Oceanside.  Former leader of California Minutemen May '05-Sep '05.  Every few years Chase tries to form some new heavily armed militia to go to the border.  He trolls Patriot websites asking for donations.  Suffers from PTSD from Vietnam.  

Mike Chase (Jul '10), San Diego County.  Son of Jim Chase and also a failed leader in CMM and subsequent border militia groups.  May do web work for Jim Chase and their militia groups.
