Pro-illegal Alien Supporter Convicted of Attacking San Diego Minuteman
Elizabeth Camarillo of Fallbrook was convicted in Vista Criminal Court on May 22 of misdemeanor Disturbing the Peace for her attack on videographer and Vista Citizens Brigade founder Mike Spencer in the parking lot of the Vista Day Labor Site on Dec. 29, 2007. In the widely viewed video on YouTube, Camarillo is seen approaching and confronting peaceful Minutemen observers, arguing with them, and then seconds later, and without warning, striking Spencer in the head with enough force to shut down his video camera.
Five Vista Sheriffs deputies were observing the confrontation nearby and quickly moved in and arrested Camarillo. She was taken to Vista jail and charged with battery.
Camarillo’s unprovoked assault is just one of dozens of physical, violent attacks on American activists in San Diego County since 2005. There have now been over 25 documented attacks by pro-illegal alien forces on peaceful Americans exercising their Constitutional rights. The entire list of attacks can be viewed here:

The San Diego Minutemen are thankful to the San Diego County DA’s office for taking these attacks and hate crimes against American citizens seriously and for enforcing the laws against violent illegal aliens and their supporters. While “Latino Activists” continue to preach anarchy and the disregard for our immigration laws, the vast majority of Americans appreciate the increased enforcement of law and order in our San Diego communities.
A special thanks to the Vista Sheriffs for their quick action dealing with this latest attack.
Mike Spencer had several puncture wounds on his face and scalp from her claws. Vista Sheriff also took pictures.
