1. Cited for assaulting Mike Spencer (touching his video camera in May 2006) right in front of Vista Sheriff Lt. Torres.
2. Caught giving her city-issued hiring permit to a man who did not have one in order to hire a day laborer in the Vons parking lot in Oct 2006. The city of Vista is scared of Jillings and did NOT revoke her hiring permit which is still in effect today. How many other law-breaking employers did she “loan” her certificate to?

Tina Jillings rumbled on to the Mexican Reconquista scene in Vista in 2005.
Tuna has anger management issues and hates Americans who call for enforcement of laws, especially immigration laws. She has called LEGAL Mexican immigrants “mail order brides” and other disparaging names. She has been obsessed with the San Diego Minutemen and the Vista Citizens Brigade since Feb. 2006 and has been stalking them ever since, including some physical confrontations that she initiated.
Tuna is hated by the Vista City Council and Sheriffs Department. They consider her a trouble-maker and a community race-baiter and hatemonger stirring up racial tensions among Hispanics in Vista and North San Diego County.
She writes vile, hate filled letters containing absolute lies to the editor at the North County Times and demands that the editors print them, which they usually do.
